How your free class goes

  1. Pick a class

Any beginner or all-levels class on the schedule. Booking takes about a minute and we never ask for a card.

  2. Arrive ten minutes early

Sign the waiver on the front desk tablet, take a quick look around, and a coach wraps your hands. Wraps and gloves are on us.

  3. Train at your pace

Warm-up, technique, then rounds. Every drill has an easier version, and you can rest whenever you need to.

  4. Decide later

After class we show you the plans once. If boxing or lifting is not for you, keep the hand wraps anyway.
