What each class is
Not sure where to start? Boxing Fundamentals and Kettlebell Basics are built for your first weeks. Everything marked all levels works too.
-
Boxing Fundamentals
Stance, footwork and the six punches, then rounds on the heavy bag and on pads with a coach. Built for your first few months.
-
Bag Rounds
Three-minute rounds on the heavy bags with a minute to breathe in between. Hard work, no partner needed, every level in the same room.
-
Technical Boxing
Partner drills, defence and counters for people who have the basics down. Talk to a coach before your first one.
-
Sparring Night
Controlled, coached sparring in the ring. Headgear on, a coach decides the pairs, and nobody is ever pushed in.
-
Barbell Strength
Squat, press and deadlift in groups of eight. Everyone works at their own weight on a plan the coach writes for them.
-
Kettlebell Basics
Swings, goblet squats, carries and get-ups. A good first strength class if a loaded barbell looks like a lot.
-
Iron Circuit
Sled, rower, kettlebells and the bag on a running clock. Every station has an easier and a harder version.
-
Mobility and Recovery
Slow on purpose: hips, shoulders and backs that sit at a desk all day. Pairs well with a hard week.
