Walkthrough videos and video ads

Property walkthroughs for realtors and rental owners, and short video ads for local businesses. Made here in La Crescent.

Property walkthroughs

A short video that moves through a home room by room, for a listing or a rental.

There are two ways I make one.

From the listing photos: no visit and no second shoot. The camera moves between the photos you already have. Nothing in a room is added, removed or restaged, and the video is labelled as made from the listing photos. Good for Facebook, Instagram and your own pages.
Filmed in the home: I come out and film the walkthrough myself. Nothing is generated, so it can go anywhere a listing video goes.

Either way you get a wide version for a listing page and an upright version for social media.

The first walkthrough for a realtor or a rental owner is free. Send me the listing and I will make it.

Three ads I made for my own washing business this fall. Each one is under 40 seconds, upright for phones, with my own voice.

Gutter cleaningWhere the water goes when a gutter is full.

The ladderFor the homeowner who still climbs up to do it.

The last leafOne more clean before the snow.

A short film of a website, for showing it off before anyone clicks.

This one runs through the ten concept sites on my web design page.

Ten concept sites in 48 secondsEvery site in it is a made-up business.

Call or text me and tell me what you need. The first walkthrough is free.
